Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Purpose
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions of use and procedures provided by the Pigangi Beauty Beauty Center (hereafter referred to as ‘Hwanwon’) and other necessary matters as well as the rights, meaning and responsibilities of the user.

Article 2 Effect and Change of the Terms
(1) These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon disclosure to the User.
(2) We may change the terms and conditions when there are important reasons for change of circumstances and for business reasons, and the modified terms and conditions are effective in the same way as the preceding paragraph.

Article 3 Outside Terms and Conditions
Any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 2 Membership and Service Usage

Article 1 Definition of Membership
A member is a person who is recognized as a member in this section as a general person, who agrees to these Terms of Service, completes the service registration form, and receives an ID and password.

Article 2 Establishment of service subscription
(1) The subscription to the service is made with the consent of the user’s consent to the use of the user and the contents of the user’s agreement.
(2) Those who wish to use the service by joining as a member must provide personal information requested by the applicant.
(3) If the user accepts the application for membership, we will notify the user of the membership ID and other contents that we consider necessary.

Article 3 Service Use and Restrictions
(1) The use of the service is conducted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, unless there is a special obstacle to the business or technology of the company.
(2) The service hours of the preceding Paragraph may be restricted after the Member has been notified in advance, if necessary, such as periodic system check.
(3) Among the service contents, online consultation may not be available 24 hours a day, depending on the personal circumstances of the person who answers.

The fee for use of Article 4 service
(1) The service is free for all registered users.
(2) If the service is charged at this site, the timing, policy, and cost of monetization must be disclosed to the service before the fee is charged.

Chapter 3 Restrictions on withdrawal, re-entry and use of services

Article 1 Service withdrawal
(1) If a member wants to withdraw from the service, the member himself or herself must directly request the cancellation application via e-mail.
(2) If you give us your name, resident registration number, ID, phone number, and reasons for termination at the time of application for withdrawal, we will confirm your registration and then terminate your registration.
(3) The withdrawal will be terminated if you can not log in using your existing ID and password.

Article 2 Service Re-entry
(1) If a user who withdraws from the service pursuant to Article 1 wants to re-enter the service, the member himself or herself may request the operator to re-enter the service by e-mail.
(2) If you request re-entry, please give your name, resident registration number, ID, and phone number.
(3) If you log in with your existing ID and password, you are re-entered.

Article 3 Restrictions on Use of Services
We may terminate or terminate the use of the service without prior notice, if the member conducts any of the following activities.

CHAPTER 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SERVICE

Article 1 Online Consultation
(1) We try our best to maintain security so that the contents of consultation of members or users of the service are not leaked to third parties other than consulting physician and service manager. However, we are not responsible for disclosure or loss of consultation in the following cases.
end. If password is leaked due to user’s carelessness and counseling contents are disclosed
I. If the user deletes the consultation using the ‘Delete’ function
All. If the contents of the consultation are disclosed or the contents of the consultation are lost due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control
(2) For the comprehensive and appropriate response to the counseling requested by the member, the staff members can refer to the contents and answers of the counseling.
(3) The contents of the consultation conducted by the service can be used for the following purposes after deleting personal information.

(5) In the case of the following consultation, we may not offer whole or part of online consultation.

Article 2 Information Services
(1) The content provided by the service is general and general, and is provided for informational purposes only. Chapter 5 Obligations

Article 1 Obligations of the Company
(1) We will make the service available to members unless special circumstances exist.
(2) We are obliged to provide services continuously and reliably as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
(3) We will handle the opinions submitted by the members from the members through appropriate procedures. If it takes a long time to process, we will inform the members of the reasons and the processing schedule.

Article 2 Obligations of Member Information Security
(1) Members are responsible for all management of the ID and password of the member.
(2) The Member agrees to receive e-mail of the Services sent as part of the Service.
(3) If your ID is used in bad faith, the member must notify it to us.
(4) We do not sell or provide information to third parties that have no relationship with us without prior permission of the member or user. However, we may use the voluntarily provided registered information in the following cases:

I. Provide advertisers with statistical (never identifiable) information about service members and user groups.

Chapter 6 Dispute Resolution
(1) Any dispute arising out of the use of the Service, other than as provided in these Terms and Conditions, shall be resolved by the parties to the maximum extent possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising out of the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.

Addendum

This Agreement will be effective August 1, 2017.

(5) Information (user name, ID, e-mail address, etc.) that can be used for personal identification can be voluntarily disclosed to a communication space (hereinafter referred to as a communication space) such as a bulletin board. In such cases, the public information may be collected, associated, used, and received by third parties and may receive unsolicited messages from third parties. However, services (especially personalized information) may require the use of cookies to function properly.
(7) We may provide the information of the member to the service or the company and the business partner.
